Sometimes mistakes can happen and it is important to make sure there has not been a mistake with your paperwork. We have contact information for your local Public Authority on our website if you are in a UDW county. Click the drop-down menu which says “counties” and choose the name of your county. Of course your IHSS PA will also be in the phone book. The union also has a toll-free number (800 621-5016) where you may ask for the Member Communications Center and have them help you as well. Please don't wait because the deadline to have the paperwork completely processed will be here on December 31.
