Waiting for the doctor can be fun!
This is my mother. She is 89 years old and has Alzheimer’s disease, a non healing broken elbow, and a swallowing disfunction. She remembers me about 75% of the time. To keep busy while waiting for the doctor, we made a felt carrot together in the waiting room. When the doctor came in, we shouted, “What’s Up Doc?!” and presented him with the carrot.
