UDW MISSION STATEMENT

 

The mission of the United Domestic Workers of America/AFSCME Local 3930 is to serve and advocate for our membership.

Our work and efforts provide support for providers and others alike for the greater public good. Local 3930 will continue to work towards better wages, improved benefits, and legislative and budgetary reform.

Through being an active force in our community and raising our public image, Local 3930 will obtain dignity and respect for providers and the clients we serve.
