Thanks to each and every one of you who joined us on the Quality Home “Care-A-Van” to Sacramento on Tuesday, June 8, and Wednesday, June 9. Our members and clients joined more than 1,300 home care supporters in Sacramento for one final push to keep up the pressure for our home care agenda. Most importantly, thanks to the members and clients who attended the rallies in El Centro, San Diego, Santa Ana, Bakersfield, Modesto, and Chico because your support demonstrated to the elected officials and offices that we are a force to be reckoned with and will not give up until home care workers are adequately compensated with a decent living wage and benefits.
